01 Hizmetin kapsamı

Cupolog, kahve demleme deneyiminizi kaydetmeniz ve geliştirmeniz için tasarlanmış kişisel bir günlük uygulamasıdır. Kahvelerinizi, demlemelerinizi ve tariflerinizi kaydedebilir, istatistiklerinizi görebilir ve önceki demlemelerinize dayalı öneriler alabilirsiniz.

Hizmet "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut hâliyle" sunulur. Kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağına dair bir garanti veremeyiz.

02 Kimler kullanabilir

Cupolog'u kullanmak için en az 13 yaşında olmanız gerekir. Bulunduğunuz ülkede geçerli yaş sınırı daha yüksekse o sınır uygulanır. Hesap oluşturarak bu şartı sağladığınızı beyan etmiş olursunuz.

03 Hesabınız

• Hesabınızın güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz. Giriş bilgilerinizi başkasıyla paylaşmayın.
• Hesabınız üzerinden yapılan işlemler size aittir.
• Başkasına ait bilgilerle veya sahte kimlikle hesap oluşturulamaz.
• Hesabınızın izinsiz kullanıldığını fark ederseniz derhâl bize bildirin.

04 İçeriğiniz size aittir

Uygulamaya girdiğiniz kahve kayıtları, demleme notları, tarifler, puanlar ve fotoğraflar size aittir. Bunların mülkiyetini talep etmiyoruz, üçüncü taraflara satmıyoruz ve pazarlama amacıyla kullanmıyoruz.

İçeriğinizi yalnızca hizmeti size sunabilmek için — yani sizin adınıza saklamak, göstermek ve cihazlarınız arasında eşitlemek için — işleriz. Bu izin, siz içeriği veya hesabınızı sildiğinizde sona erer.

Girdiğiniz içeriğin doğruluğundan ve hukuka uygunluğundan siz sorumlusunuz.

05 Kabul edilmeyen kullanımlar

Cupolog'u kullanırken şunları yapamazsınız:

• Hukuka aykırı, başkalarının haklarını ihlal eden veya zararlı içerik yüklemek
• Başkalarının hesaplarına veya verilerine izinsiz erişmeye çalışmak
• Hizmeti otomatik araçlarla aşırı yüklemek, tersine mühendislik yapmak veya güvenlik önlemlerini aşmaya çalışmak
• Uygulamayı ticari bir hizmet olarak yeniden satmak veya dağıtmak

Bu kuralların ihlali hâlinde hesabınızı askıya alabilir veya kapatabiliriz.

06 Fikrî mülkiyet

Cupolog adı, logosu, arayüz tasarımı ve yazılımı bize aittir ve telif hakkı ile korunur. Bu koşullar size uygulamayı kişisel amaçla kullanmanız için sınırlı, devredilemez bir lisans verir; başka hiçbir hak devri anlamına gelmez.

07 Abonelik ve ücretlendirme

Ücretsiz kullanım

Cupolog'un temel özellikleri ücretsizdir. Ücretsiz üyelikte bazı özellikler sayıca sınırlıdır (örneğin belirli bir dönemde kaydedebileceğiniz demleme ve tarif sayısı). Geçerli sınırlar uygulama içinde, sınıra ulaştığınız anda açıkça gösterilir. Bu sınırları değiştirebiliriz; sizin aleyhinize olan bir değişikliği uygulamadan önce sizi bilgilendiririz.

Cupolog Pro

Cupolog Pro, otomatik yenilenen bir aboneliktir. Abone olduğunuzda ücretsiz üyelikteki sayısal sınırlar kalkar ve Pro'ya özel özellikler açılır.

• Haftalık plan — 7 gün, her hafta yenilenir.
• 3 aylık plan — 90 gün, her üç ayda bir yenilenir.
• Yıllık plan — 365 gün, her yıl yenilenir.

Geçerli fiyat, para biriminiz cinsinden satın alma ekranında, ödeme onayından önce gösterilir. Fiyatlar ülkeye göre değişir ve Apple tarafından belirlenen kur ve vergi kurallarına tabidir.

Ödeme ve yenileme

• Ödeme, satın almayı onayladığınızda Apple Kimliğinizden tahsil edilir.
• Abonelik, mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce kapatılmadığı sürece otomatik olarak yenilenir.
• Yenileme ücreti, dönemin bitiminden önceki 24 saat içinde tahsil edilir.
• Aboneliğinizi ve otomatik yenilemeyi Apple Kimliği hesap ayarlarınızdan yönetebilir ve kapatabilirsiniz. Uygulama içindeki Profil › Üyelik › Aboneliği yönet bağlantısı sizi doğrudan oraya götürür.
• Aboneliği iptal ettiğinizde erişiminiz dönem sonuna kadar sürer; kalan süre için kısmi iade yapılmaz.
• Uygulamayı silmek aboneliği iptal etmez. İptali Apple hesap ayarlarınızdan yapmanız gerekir.

İadeler

Satın alma işlemi Apple üzerinden gerçekleştiği için iade talepleri de Apple tarafından değerlendirilir; bizim iade yetkimiz yoktur. Talebinizi Apple'ın destek sayfasından iletebilirsiniz. Tüketici olarak bulunduğunuz ülkenin mevzuatından doğan cayma haklarınız saklıdır.

Promo kodları

Zaman zaman, ödeme alınmadan Pro erişimi veren promo kodları dağıtabiliriz. Her kod hesap başına bir kez kullanılır ve belirli bir süre için geçerlidir. Promo ile açılan erişim otomatik yenilenmez; süre dolduğunda hesabınız ücretsiz üyeliğe döner. Kodlar nakde çevrilemez ve devredilemez.

Satın alımları geri yükleme

Cihaz değiştirirseniz ya da uygulamayı yeniden kurarsanız, satın alma ekranındaki Satın alımları geri yükle seçeneğiyle aboneliğinizi aynı Apple Kimliğiyle geri getirebilirsiniz.

08 Hizmetin sonlandırılması

Hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman uygulama içinden silebilirsiniz — bkz. Hesap silme. Biz de bu koşulların ciddi biçimde ihlali hâlinde veya hizmeti tamamen sonlandırmamız durumunda hesabınızı kapatabiliriz. Hizmeti kapatmayı planlarsak, verilerinizi dışa aktarabilmeniz için makul bir süre önceden haber veririz.

09 Sorumluluğun sınırı

Cupolog bir kahve günlüğüdür; kritik veya profesyonel bir kayıt sistemi değildir. Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği azami ölçüde, veri kaybı, kâr kaybı veya dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz.

Bu, tüketici olarak sahip olduğunuz ve sözleşmeyle sınırlandırılamayan yasal haklarınızı etkilemez.

10 Değişiklikler

Bu koşulları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli bir değişiklikte yürürlük tarihini güncelleriz ve uygulama içinden sizi bilgilendiririz. Değişiklikten sonra uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz güncel koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

11 Uygulanacak hukuk

Bu koşullara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır. Tüketici olarak, bulunduğunuz ülkenin zorunlu tüketici koruma hükümlerinden doğan haklarınız saklıdır.

12 İletişim

By using Cupolog you agree to these terms. Please give them a quick read — we have tried to keep them short.

01 What the service is

Cupolog is a personal journal app for recording and improving your coffee brewing. You can log your coffees, brews and recipes, see your statistics, and get suggestions based on your previous brews.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We cannot guarantee that it will run uninterrupted or error-free.

02 Who can use it

You must be at least 13 years old to use Cupolog, or older if your country sets a higher minimum age. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement.

03 Your account

• You are responsible for the security of your account. Do not share your sign-in credentials.
• Activity carried out through your account is attributed to you.
• You may not create an account using someone else's information or a false identity.
• Tell us immediately if you notice unauthorised use of your account.

04 Your content is yours

The coffee records, brew notes, recipes, ratings and photos you enter belong to you. We claim no ownership over them, we do not sell them, and we do not use them for marketing.

We process your content solely to provide the service to you — that is, to store it on your behalf, display it back to you, and sync it across your devices. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account.

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the content you enter.

05 Unacceptable use

While using Cupolog, you may not:

• Upload unlawful, infringing or harmful content
• Attempt to access other people's accounts or data without permission
• Overload the service with automated tools, reverse-engineer it, or try to bypass security measures
• Resell or redistribute the app as a commercial service

We may suspend or close your account if these rules are broken.

06 Intellectual property

The Cupolog name, logo, interface design and software belong to us and are protected by copyright. These terms grant you a limited, non-transferable licence to use the app for personal purposes; no other rights are transferred.

07 Subscriptions and pricing

Free use

Cupolog's core features are free. On the free plan some features are limited by number (for example how many brews and recipes you can save in a given period). The limits in force are shown clearly inside the app at the moment you reach them. We may change these limits; if a change is to your disadvantage we will tell you before it takes effect.

Cupolog Pro

Cupolog Pro is an auto-renewing subscription. Subscribing removes the numeric limits of the free plan and unlocks Pro-only features.

• Weekly plan — 7 days, renewing every week.
• Quarterly plan — 90 days, renewing every three months.
• Yearly plan — 365 days, renewing every year.

The current price is shown in your own currency on the purchase screen, before you confirm payment. Prices vary by country and follow the exchange rate and tax rules set by Apple.

Payment and renewal

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless it is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• The renewal charge is taken within 24 hours before the end of the period.
• You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple Account settings. The Profile › Membership › Manage subscription link in the app takes you straight there.
• If you cancel, your access continues until the end of the paid period; there is no partial refund for the remaining time.
• Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. You must cancel it in your Apple Account settings.

Refunds

Because the purchase is made through Apple, refund requests are handled by Apple; we cannot issue refunds ourselves. You can submit a request through Apple's support pages. Any statutory right of withdrawal you have as a consumer in your country is unaffected.

Promo codes

From time to time we may issue promo codes that grant Pro access without payment. Each code can be redeemed once per account and is valid for a set period. Access granted by a promo code does not auto-renew; when it expires your account returns to the free plan. Codes have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

Restoring purchases

If you change device or reinstall the app, use Restore purchases on the purchase screen to bring your subscription back with the same Apple Account.

08 Ending the service

You can delete your account at any time from inside the app — see account deletion. We may close your account in the event of a serious breach of these terms, or if we discontinue the service entirely. If we plan to shut the service down, we will give reasonable advance notice so that you can export your data.

09 Limitation of liability

Cupolog is a coffee journal, not a critical or professional system of record. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for data loss, lost profits, or indirect damages.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, which cannot be limited by contract.

10 Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes we will update the effective date and notify you in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11 Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. As a consumer, you retain any rights arising from the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
